Only ever used on the "reverse" of the 14" x 5.5" Limited Edition Bronzed Hammered Brass, released in 2005. The badge is removable so it's not on all examples of this snare. 

Probably the rarest Mapex badge out there, since only 100 units of that model were ever produced!
