Only ever used on the Limited Edition 14" x 5.5" Tribal Stainless Steel and Limited Edition 14" x 5.5" Tribal Stainless Steel, both released in 2006. The design features the contemporary Black Panther rectangular badge graphic, with Tribal graphics above and below.  

The badge itself is far taller than a standard badge - almost the entire depth of the shell.
