Overview
One of two models released in November 2022 to surprisingly little fanfare, but spotted by Alex Wicheard (nice one - cheers Alex!).
Both feature a shell that I haven't seen before in a Black Panther: a Maple-Birch-Walnut construction, including a burl finish. Moreover, unlike a few of the Thomann models over the years, they both feature the same hardware as the standard Black Panther models in the current range.

Finish: Black Maple Burl Veneer, matte lacquered drum shell, black chrome shell hardware, Sonic Saver Hoops, 7-ply, 2.75mm Maple Burl + 2.4mm Birch + 1.7mm Walnut drum shell (still trying to confirm these exact specs as they only appear on the English page and with a "t" next to the numbers), SONIClear bearing edge, Remo Ambassador drum heads, limited edition, Thomann exclusive.
